RICHARD J. KOSTOFF, Chairman
Richard is the founder and Chair of Temple Rock Holdings Inc. and the principal of Templar Investments Ltd.
A former Deputy Chair of TD Securities Inc., Richard is a past board member of the Ontario Financing Authority and former Chair of the OCADU Foundation.
He currently serves as a member of the Independent Review Committee for Fidelity Investments Canada. Additional appointments include Chair of SmoothPay Inc. and the boards of Healthcare 365, Novari Health and Freepoint Technologies.
Richard has advised a number of government and corporate entities including GMP Inc., GE Capital Canada, Infrastructure Ontario, OP Trust and The Hospital for Sick Children.
Richard is proud to be an Honorary Life Member of the Toronto Bond Traders Association and a past recipient of the Women in Capital Markets Award for Leadership.
Michael’s diverse background includes roles in finance and communications. As a relationship manager with TD Commercial Banking, he was responsible for facilitating the bank financing needs for a portfolio of clients as varied as mining companies, real estate agencies, professional services firms, manufacturers, and non-profit organizations. And as a senior consultant with Advance Planning/MS&L, he led media relations campaigns for clients such as Procter & Gamble, Woodbine Entertainment, Sunkist Growers and Hasbro Toys.
Michael started his career in fundraising at Crescent School in Toronto, where he was responsible for developing and implementing an alumni giving program and ongoing alumni relations activities. Michael received his Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University in 1999.
Michael serves on the selection committee for the Georgian Angel Network and sits on the Board of the Albany Club in Toronto.
